We start with a brief yet meaningful free 15 minute introduction call, a chance for us to connect and for you to share what matters most. Following this, we move forward with a thorough assessment, delving deeper into your unique circumstances.
Once gained this insightful understanding, we'll explore together counselling approaches that feels most comforting and fitting for you, whether it's the convenience of online sessions or the warmth of face-to-face meetings.
Your well-being guides our every decision, and I am here to walk alongside you on this journey with care and kindness.

A free 15 minute consultation to find out more information.

A 45 minute assessment designed for me to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences.
It also provides an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and how we can collaboratively work together.

Weekly one-to-one therapy sessions for us to work together, navigating though whatever you wish to bring each session.
